What groups do you host?
We host school field trips, daycares, after-school programs, homeschool groups, scout troops, and youth organizations.
What ages is this best for?
Best for ages 5+. Children under 5 are not admitted for safety.
How many participants can you accommodate?
We can accommodate groups of up to 44 participants. If your group is larger, contact us and we’ll help you plan options.
How long does a group visit take?
Most group sessions last 1.5–2 hours, depending on group size and project choice.
What’s included?
All beads, boards, and tools, staff guidance to get everyone started, and professional fusing/ironing so each participant takes home a finished pixel art creation the same day.
Do chaperones/teachers pay?
Chaperones and teachers are free if assisting and not creating.
How much does it cost?
Weekdays (Mon–Thu): $12 per participant per hour. Weekends (Fri–Sun): $15 per participant per hour. Most group visits last 1.5–2 hours.
Is this mess-free and easy for teachers/leaders?
Yes—no paint, no drying time, and we handle cleanup. It’s a calm, focused activity once everyone starts beading.
Can scouts earn a badge here?
We don’t offer official BSA/Girl Scouts badge sign-offs. However, we can run a badge-style pixel art workshop where scouts complete a hands-on beading challenge and receive a HiBeads certificate/badge to celebrate their achievement.
