Camp Hours & Pricing (Mon–Fri)

  1. Full Day: 9:00am–5:00pm | Regular $395/week / Early Bird $365/week

  2. Half Day (AM): 9:00am–1:00pm | Regular $235/week / Early Bird $205/week

  3. Half Day (PM): 1:00pm–5:00pm | Regular $235/week / Early Bird $205/week

Optional Care (Weekly Add-ons)

  • Early drop-off: 8:00am–9:00am | +$60/week

  • Late pick-up: 5:00pm–6:00pm | +$60/week

What We Do (Choose-Your-Own Track + Leveled Challenges)

Campers choose what they’re excited to build, and we guide them with leveled challenges (Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced) based on age and skill.

  • Fused bead projects: characters, animals, décor, name signs, pixel icons

  • Pixel art & design: concept → color planning → final build

  • Crafts: mixed materials and creative add-ons

  • Music & movement breaks: fun activities to reset and refocus

  • Digital pixel art planning (optional): campers may bring an iPad/tablet to plan designs using the HiBeads web app (with staff guidance).

Take-Home Projects

Each week, campers take home:

  • Multiple small fused bead creations

  • Friday Finale Project (choose 1 of 3):

    • 3D build

    • Large-format flat piece

    • Team collaboration project

Food & Snacks

  • Mon–Thu: bring your own lunch (no nuts)

  • Friday: pizza lunch included (campers with dietary restrictions may bring their own lunch)

  • Daily: purified water + packaged grocery snacks

Discounts (Stackable)

  • Early Bird: $30 off/week when registered & paid by May 1

Do campers need to bring supplies?

No—materials and tools are provided.

Can beginners join?

Yes. We guide projects with leveled challenges.

What should campers bring each day?

Please bring:

  • A nut-free lunch (Mon–Thu)

  • A refillable water bottle (optional—purified water is available)

  • Any dietary notes or allergies (share at registration)

Is lunch provided?

Mon–Thu: lunch is not included—campers bring their own nut-free lunch.

Friday: pizza lunch is included. Campers with dietary restrictions may bring their own lunch.

Are snacks provided?

Yes. We provide purified water and packaged grocery snacks daily.

Can I register for a single day?

Camp is primarily weekly registration. Contact us for single-day availability (if space allows).

What if my child doesn’t like a theme?

We don’t run fixed theme weeks—campers choose their own creative direction with guidance.

What ages is this camp for?

Ages 7–14.

Can my child bring an iPad/tablet to design pixel art?

Yes—campers may bring an iPad/tablet to use the HiBeads web app for pixel art planning and color mapping. We recommend labeling devices and bringing a charger.
